RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL FILM

Better light.
Better space.

Control heat and glare, add privacy, or give existing glass a new purpose at home or work.

01 / THE POSSIBILITIES

Make your glass
work harder.

Architectural window film is applied to existing glass to change how sunlight, visibility, and the space feel. It can help with hot spots, screen glare, fading from UV exposure, and unwanted views.

Homes, storefronts, offices, and shared spaces need different solutions. We’ll look at the glass and your goals before choosing a film; the right match matters for performance and the window itself.

02 / SOLAR & STYLE OPTIONS

Choose the way
light comes in.

From nearly clear to bold and reflective, these are the types of film we can discuss for a compatible project.

01 /

Clear ceramic

Heat and UV control with a very light, low-reflective appearance when preserving the view is the priority.

02 /

Neutral metallic

A clean, contemporary look with solar control and less exterior shine than a mirrored film.

03 /

Dual reflective

Strong solar control and daytime privacy, with a lower-reflection view from inside looking out.

04 /

Reflective silver

A brighter silver exterior for powerful sun and glare control where a reflective look fits the building.

05 /

Low-reflective dark

A darker, more subdued finish that cuts glare without a strong mirrored appearance.

06 /

Warm bronze

Solar control with a bronze tone for a warmer architectural finish.

07 /

Interior or exterior solar

Interior and exterior-grade choices for projects where access, glass construction, or exposure calls for a different approach.

Daytime reflective privacy depends on which side of the glass is brighter; interior lights at night can reverse the effect. Film shade and appearance vary by product and glass.

03 / PRIVACY & PROTECTION

More ways
to use a window.

Some spaces call for privacy or added glass retention more than solar control.

08 /

White frost

Softens the view through glass while still allowing light through—useful for offices, bathrooms, and shared spaces.

09 /

Blackout privacy

Opaque film for windows where blocking light and visibility in both directions is the goal.

10 /

Clear safety film

A thicker, clear film that helps hold broken glass together after impact. It is not a substitute for secure glazing or other safety measures.

04 / THE PROCESS

From glass check
to final edge.

01

Learn the goal. We talk about heat, glare, privacy, appearance, and the rooms or windows involved.

02

Check the glass. We identify the window construction and exposure before recommending a compatible film and application side.

03

Prep and apply. Glass is cleaned, film is cut and positioned, then installation solution is squeegeed out and edges are finished.

04

Care and cure. We explain what to expect as the film dries and how to clean it after installation.
